Is ScaleOps Right for You?

Pick your
stage.

ScaleOps is built for companies with traction — not startups finding product-market fit, not enterprises with existing infrastructure. Here's who each model is designed for.

Stage 01 · Core OS
$1M–5M
Early Traction

You've proven the model. Revenue is growing. But operations are ad hoc, the founder is in everything, and the cracks are showing. You need your first real execution layer.

  • Founder still handling decisions that should be delegated
  • No structured sales process or forecast model
  • Team is growing but onboarding is undocumented
  • Revenue is lumpy and unpredictable
  • Leadership meetings have no clear cadence or agenda
→ Deploy Core OS
Stage 02 · Growth OS
$5M–15M
Active Scaling

Product-market fit is confirmed. You're investing in growth — but the infrastructure to support it hasn't kept up. You need four systems, a dedicated pod, and AI operations activated.

  • NRR is below 100% but you don't know exactly why
  • Hiring is slow and quality is inconsistent
  • Revenue team is growing but conversion hasn't improved
  • You have data but no single source of truth
  • Executive team is misaligned on priorities and OKRs
→ Deploy Growth OS
Stage 03 · Enterprise OS
$15M+
Full OS Activation

You're scaling across markets, managing a growing exec team, and preparing for a significant capital or exit event. You need the full OS — all 8 systems, the complete Pod, and board-level reporting.

  • PE or VC-backed with portfolio-level reporting requirements
  • Entering two or more new markets simultaneously
  • Building toward an exit or Series B/C/D raise
  • Missing CXO-level capacity across multiple functions
  • Existing infrastructure is misaligned across business units
→ Deploy Enterprise OS

Deployment by Context

Built for
your situation.

Every deployment scenario has a recommended model. Here are the most common contexts we see — and what we build for each.

🚀
Core OS · $1M–5M
First-Time Operator

Founder-led company with strong product revenue but no structured operating layer. Needs revenue predictability and personal leverage immediately.

RevEngineCommandClarity
📉
Growth OS · Customer Focus
Churn Crisis

Company growing new revenue but bleeding existing customers. NRR is below 95% and the leadership team doesn't know the exact cause.

RetainIntelligenceClarity
👥
Growth OS · Talent Focus
Rapid Hiring Phase

Company doubling headcount over 12 months with no structured hiring process. Bad hires are slipping through. Time-to-hire is killing growth plans.

Growth OS · AI Focus
AI Transformation

Leadership knows AI can remove 30+ hours of manual work per week but doesn't have the internal capability to design and deploy it systematically.

Enterprise OS · Global
New Market Entry

Company with proven home-market model ready to enter MENA, Africa, SEA, or LATAM. Needs local infrastructure without 18 months of trial and error.

Portfolio Company

PE or VC firm deploying ScaleOps across a portfolio company post-acquisition. Needs rapid value creation, standardized reporting, and board-level OS visibility.

Not Ready to Commit?

Start with
the audit.

The OS Audit is a standalone 2-week engagement that gives you the full diagnostic — before you commit to any deployment model. Most clients discover execution gaps costing them $300K+ annually. The audit cost is credited toward your first deployment month.

01
Stakeholder Interviews

Six structured interviews across founding team, functional leads, and key operators. We map your current state in detail.

02
8-System OS Health Score

All eight OS systems scored across four dimensions — Infrastructure, Execution, Intelligence, and People — producing your baseline Health Score.

03
Gap Cost Analysis

Every gap is translated into a dollar cost. Most founders see their first real number here — and it's usually uncomfortable. That's the point.

04
90-Day Activation Roadmap

A prioritized roadmap showing which systems to deploy first, in what sequence, and what outcomes to expect by Day 90.

Deployment Questions

Before you
commit.

What's the minimum commitment?+
All deployments run on a 90-day initial engagement. This is the minimum window needed to build real infrastructure and produce measurable score improvement. After Day 90, most clients renew month-to-month or on 6-month terms. The OS Audit is a standalone one-time engagement with no further commitment required.
Can I change systems after I've started?+
Yes — at the Day 45 mid-point review. If a system isn't producing the expected outcomes or your priorities have shifted, we adjust. Systems can also be added at renewal. We don't lock you into a rigid scope that no longer fits the business.
How does the operator matching work?+
Every operator in the ScaleOps network is vetted through a structured intake — background check, reference verification, and a competency assessment specific to the system they'll operate. Matching is done by your Pod Lead within 5 business days of engagement start, based on your industry, stage, geography, and specific system needs. You review the match before they're embedded.
What happens if the Quick Win isn't delivered by Day 14?+
The Day 14 Quick Win is a contractual commitment, not a marketing claim. If it's not delivered on time, your next month's engagement is at no cost. We've never missed it — but we stand behind it in writing because the commitment forces the right behavior from Day 1.
Is ScaleOps right for a non-tech company?+
Yes. Most of our clients are not software companies. ScaleOps is built for any company with $1M–$50M in revenue that has traction but lacks execution infrastructure — this includes services businesses, logistics companies, fintech, edtech, FMCG, healthcare, and manufacturing. The systems are industry-agnostic; what matters is your stage and your gaps.
What does "infrastructure pricing" actually mean?+
It means you pay a fixed monthly fee for a defined scope — like you'd pay for AWS or Salesforce — not an hourly rate that balloons when the work gets harder. You know exactly what you're getting, what the scope includes, and what the 90-day outcome commitments are, before you sign. No surprise invoices. No scope creep unless you choose to expand.
